Vernon Dalke, 81, a longtime resident of East Wenatchee, WA, died Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Central Washington Hospital. He was born August 24, 1930, to Gottlieb and Martha (Bender) Dalke at Leola, SD. In 1937, he moved with his family to the Powell, WY area, where he graduated from Powell High School in 1948.
